Payroll Pathways provides a senior, experienced executive consultant who will oversee the project management activity and participate in the direction of the project through the governance process.

Project Direction

A senior and very experienced consultant who understands what it takes to deliver a successful project in the field of Payroll and Benefits, HRIS and T&A.

The consultant will contribute an agreed number of days to the project, including attending regular governance and quality gate meetings.

Typically this would be 4 to 6 days per month.

 

Project Management

If required Payroll Pathways will in addition provide a full time project manager who is experienced in this field.
